With 13 years of professional experience across China and Japan, DragonLee has built a reputation as one of the most versatile and technically accomplished tattoo artists working in Tokyo today. His journey took him from Dalian to Beijing, then Shanghai, before putting down roots in Ikebukuro — where he has been based for nearly 6 years.
Trained as a professional painter, DragonLee brings a fine art sensibility to every piece. He specialises in various styles, and can use the freehand technique to bring something to life from scratch. Lee also regularly participates in international tattoo competitions, serving as both lecturer and judge.

Pricing always depends on size, complexity, placement, design and colour. The minimum is ¥12,000. Custom pieces are quoted after consultation.
